Ellen Giordano is the founder and principal of ELG Collective—a new agency with a sharp focus on curating high-quality commercial interior products for the architectural and design industry.

Originally from Norway and now based in Adelaide, Ellen brings over 20 years of combined expertise in interior architecture and commercial product specification. After graduating with First Class Honours in Interior Architecture from the University of South Australia, she transitioned from design studio to the frontlines of sales—spending more than a decade as a senior account manager for a global interiors manufacturer, where she became a trusted partner to architects and designers across the state.

Ellen’s strength lies in her ability to bridge the creative and the commercial. Her approach is grounded in technical understanding, refined design sensibility and a deep commitment to long-term client relationships. Whether leading product presentations, supporting complex project specifications, or collaborating with design teams on bespoke solutions, she is known for her professionalism, integrity and results.

ELG Collective is the natural extension of that experience. Representing selected brands with a strong focus on sustainability, performance and aesthetic quality, the agency operates as a strategic partner to design professionals—offering insight, support and solutions tailored to each project.
